Each ingredient in every product is chosen for a specific reason. There are no fillers or additives. The company's supply of methylfolate, choline, and vitamin D, three ingredients that play a major role in supplementing a person's diet, are of the purest quality. The philosophy of Best Nest Wellness behind selecting their ingredients is to only use ones that are tried and true for several years; the formulas are backed by science, not trends. They only partner with suppliers that they trust and whose values align with theirs. Some commonly used ingredients in Best Nest Wellness products are Vitashine Vitamin D3, Ferrochel Iron Chelate, Quatrefolic, and Aquamin.

The company aims to offer effective alternatives to allopathic or conventional medicines and eliminate the stigma associated with natural, holistic remedies. This ambition is exemplified by the co-creator of Best Nest Wellness, Dr. Madhavi Gupta? story of how when she was younger, she was able to get rid of lingering knee pain by eliminating dairy from her diet. The incident changed her perspective on how a person? diet could affect their physical, intellectual, and emotional wellbeing.

The mission of Best Nest Wellness is to give consumers in every stage of life the ability to develop their brains and bodies and be provided with a truly customized experience in neuro-wellness. They sell products designed to aid specific needs like beauty, digestion, fertility, brain health, pregnancy health, overall wellness, and more. They also offer multivitamins covering a broad spectrum of needs.

Pros & Cons
Pros:

There is an abundance of information available on the company website and an entire tab dedicated to the education of its consumers (“Learn”). In addition to information about the brand’s team and history, there are also descriptions of the individual ingredients the brand uses and a “Library” that offers news coverage and analyses of neuro-nutrition and holistic medicine. When clicking the “Learn More” link listed on each ingredient description, the user is led to an in-depth explanation of the significance of that ingredient, as well as a list of references to support it. The “Learn” tab also carries a transparency statement, laying out the company’s commitment to providing reliability and safety for their consumers. The website acts as a one-stop-shop for neuro-nutrition.

Best Nest Wellness products are readily available online on the company’s website, as well as digital retailers like Amazon and SelectBeautyShop. They offer discounts when subscribing to the company website and offer additional rewards the more a customer buys. As a subscription member, you are entitled to occasional savings, exclusive updates about the brand, free shipping on two items or more.

The brand is fairly reputable and has won awards such as the “Burt’s Bees Natural Launchpad Award”. Its products have also been featured in publications like “PREGNANCY & newborn”, “Health”, “Instyle”, and “Inc. 5000”. There is little risk associated with the brand, especially since they offer full refunds for 60 days after a purchase if a customer is dissatisfied.

The layout of their website is organized, eye-catching, and very easy to navigate through. The visuals are colorful and large and do a great job in conveying the aesthetic of the brand. The reviews tab is especially impressive, as every single product offered is listed neatly and contains a multitude of reviews.

Cons:

Though there is a lot of information on the company’s website about the brand, their products, and the ingredients they use, some of the claims made can be better supported if the evidence behind them was more accessible and better organized. For instance, on the “Transparency” page, the text reads, “Every choice we make is based on extensive research and ingredient effectiveness”. However, little information about this actual research is given on that page. To find any information about the research validating these claims, the user would have to click off and go to the “Ingredients” page, then click again on the “Learn More” link to find that research. Similarly, on the “Methylation” page, many claims about the benefits of methylation are made. However, no research or data is provided to back them. As a person who is the first hearing of a lot of these products and ingredients, it may cause skepticism if factual evidence is not provided with every claim. Holistic medicine does have a bit of a negative stigma surrounding it, so it is important to nip it in the bud immediately and not leave any room for doubt to the consumer.

Though most of the product pages include a plethora of photos, none of them actually show what the product looks like. They only show the packaging and the bottle or graphics that describe the product. For instance, for the “Best Nest Multi+ for Kids” product page, the product is described as a “multivitamin”, but nothing is mentioned about what form the vitamin comes in (caplet, liquid, etc.). It even says it “tastes great”. It would be helpful to have a visual aid of this great-tasting product.

As far as one can tell by doing a few Google searches, Best Nest Wellness products are only available for purchase online. If this is not the case, the company needs to do a better job advertising the physical locations their products are available. There is currently no “Where to Buy” page on the company website. This lack of physical presence may cause issues for potential customers that prefer an in-store experience, being able to hold the product in hand and/or be informed by a professional that works there. Some people are also uncomfortable inputting their credit card information online, particularly on a website they have not heard of before.

There is very little differentiation aesthetically between products besides the color of the label. Some products even share the same color label and are only differentiated by their name. There are several products on the company website that are placed right next to each other and look nearly identical to each other. It can become a bit tiresome scrolling through the products on the site and trying to remember which product was which. This may also cause problems with brand recall and customers remembering which product they last purchased when trying to buy.
